Technology that heals.
Rapha is the Hebrew word for heal, from the verse that gives us our name: "For I am the Lord who heals you." Exodus 15:26 TechRapha started in 2014 as a Northern Virginia firm helping medical practices trade paper for working systems: records, networks, websites, whatever a small office needed to run well. The same firm now designs secure cloud environments for federal missions. The tools grew up. The heart stayed the same.
The give-back model
From the beginning we paired paid work with free work: one project for a business, then a similar project, free of charge, for a community in need. That is how roughly ten churches, ministries, and nonprofits ended up with websites, digital libraries, and someone to call. It is the most literal thing we do with the name TechRapha.
